NEET PG : Telangana to Begin Counseling for PG Medical, Dental seats

Telangana: The counselling for PG medical and dental seats at KNRUHS will begin from today and continue till tomorrow, 21st April 2019


KNRUHS notified that the first phase of On-line counselling will be conducted for admissions into Post Graduate Medical Degree/ Diploma courses in Private Minority and Non-Minority Medical colleges and for MDS Courses in Private Non-Minority Dental colleges including Army Dental College affiliated to KNR UHS for the academic year 2019-20 under Management quota at On-line Counseling Center, Prof.G. Rami Reddy Center for Distance Education, Osmania University Campus (PGRRCDE, OU-CAMPUS), Hyderabad.


Candidates who have applied online in response to this office notification dated 07-04-2019 and whose names figure in the Provisional Merit list of PG Medical & Dental admissions displayed on 15-04- 2019 in the Website of KNR UHS are informed to attend for Verification of original certificates and First Phase Of Online Counseling as per the schedule given below.


Candidates have to attend in person along with Original Certificates, print-out of their application form duly signed, one set of self-attested xerox copies and Demand Draft towards University fee. After verification of original certificates, eligible candidates will be called into counselling hall for online counselling and allotment of Post-Graduate Medical & Dental seats as per eligibility according to the schedule notified below. Seats available under Management Quota for counselling will be displayed on KNRUHS website before counselling.

Candidates will be called as per the merit order in the management quota merit list into the counselling hall. The only candidate is permitted into the hall after verification of Original Certificates and on the production of Demand Draft towards University Fee. As per the candidate's Registration and eligibility for MQ-1, MQ-2, MQ-3 Categories, Candidate will have to give options for the Post Graduate Seat and Allotment will be done online.


NOTE: Candidates are informed that they will be considered only to the category/categories to which they have registered. Addition of Registration to MQ-2, MQ-3 categories will not be permitted on the day of online counselling.

Processing Fee: Candidates have to pay non-refundable processing fee of Rs.2500/- at the Bank counter at Helpline Centers at the time of verification of original certificates and online counselling.


ORIGINAL CERTIFICATES TO BE PRODUCED BY THE CANDIDATE AT THE HELPLINE CENTERS FOR PG MEDICAL / DENTAL COURSES:


Candidates attending for verification of certificates should produce the following Original Certificates for verification.
a. NEET PG 2019 / NEET MDS– 2019 admit card and scorecard
b. Aadhar Card
c. Date of Birth Certificate (X class)
d. Intermediate / 12th standard certificate
e. MBBS/ BDS Degree certificate
f. Certificate of Internship Completion ( internship must have been completed by 31-03- 2019).
g. All marks memos from1st MBBS / 1st BDS to final MBBS/ BDS.
h. Medical / Dental Council Permanent Registration Certificate:
i. Study Certificates from 1st MBBS / 1st BDS to final MBBS/ BDS.
j. Permanent Category / Caste certificate in case of BC/SC/ST candidates issued by the competent authority of Government of Telangana, if applicable ( for eligibility of qualifying marks ).
k. Discontinuation Certificate if applicable
l. Photo identity proof viz.PAN card / Passport / Driving License / Voter'sID.
m. Copy of Pass Port / Residence Proof / Bank statement or passbook of sponsor for NRI Category.
n. Sponsorship letter for MQ-3 Candidates from the Principal of the concerned college. Instructions to Candidates:
I. Only candidates shall appear for the verification of certificates and online counselling in person as per the schedule notified above. Candidates are informed to be present 15 minutes before their allotted slot. Cell phones are not permitted into the counselling hall.


Proxies are not allowed


II. All the Candidates attending for certificate verification shall bring one set of self-attested Xerox copies of all the certificates along with original certificates and Demand Draft for University fee. Custodian Certificates will not be permitted.


III. Only the Original Custodian Certificate of candidates admitted in the first phase of counselling under Competent Authority quota for 2019-20 issued by Principal of college Affiliated to KNRUHS will be permitted.


IV. Mere attending to the verification of certificates does not confer any right for a seat as more number of candidates have applied than the number of available seats.


V. Candidates have to attend for verification of certificates and online counselling with D.D. for Rs. 49,600/- in favour of Registrar, KNRUHS, Payable at Warangal towards University fee. The candidate will not be permitted into the counselling hall without DD towards University Fee.


VI. The procedure for preparation of seat matrix and selection into PG Medical & Dental Course in the Management quota and seat allocation will be done as per the Government orders from time to time and University regulations.


VII. There will be single counselling for PG Courses under MQ1, MQ2 ( NRI ), MQ3 Categories. Candidates have to give the option for available seats under ) Management Categories as per their registration, eligibility and as per their merit rank. Once a Post Graduate seat is allotted as per the option of the candidate, the seat will not be cancelled or modified and the University fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. Therefore candidates are advised to opt for the seat in which he/she is interested to join.


VIII. Muslim Minority candidates only will be considered for seats in Minority Medical Colleges for management quota MQ1 &MQ2. If Muslim Minority Candidates are not available, the seats will be allotted to Non-Muslim - Minority Candidates in the Second phase of Counseling.


IX. Management quota seats for MDS at Army Dental College are reserved for wards of Army personnel only as per AWES Regulations.


X. University will issue allotment order for Candidates who are allotted seats under Management Quota in this phase, Candidates have to join the course by submitting the Original Certificates, Bonds and Tuition fee at the allotted college before the last date for joining mentioned on the allotment order to complete the admission process.


XI. University will return the Original Certificates along with the D.D. towards University fee for Candidates who are not allotted any seat.


XII. In case candidates fail to join the course within the specified time, the admission will be cancelled automatically, they will not be considered for the next phase of counselling. There will be no refund of the university fee.


XIII. Candidates applied for NRI Quota should produce the relevant sponsorship letter from NRI relative in original along with Copy of Pass Port / Residence Proof / Bank statement or passbook of sponsor for NRI Category.


XIV. Candidates applied for institutional quota should produce relevant sponsorship letter from the concerned institution duly signed by the Principal of the college specifically mentioning the Post Graduate Course and subject to which the candidate is sponsored.
