NEET PG Counselling 2019: Maha Cet Cell issues Notice Regarding Round 1 Resignation of Allotted Seat

Maharashtra: Through a recent notification, State Common Entrance Test Cell (Maha Cet Cell), Mumbai has informed about the resignation for NEET PG medical and dental candidates who participated in Round 1 Counselling.


The notice states that the candidates who have been allotted a Post Graduate Medical/Dental seat during First Selection Round for academic year 2019-20 at Government/ Corporation /Govt. Aided/ Private Unaided/ Minority Colleges and desirous to resign the allotted seat can do so upto 05.00 pm of 22/04/2019.

The notice further adds,



The candidate can submit the resignation to the concerned Dean/Head of the Institution in a prescribed Proforma as per Annexure - "K" of NEET-PG2019/NEET-MDS-2019 Information Brochure.

13Vacant seats to be surrendered to Private colleges:Up to 13/05/2019
14Last date to filled seats at College level round:Up to 18/05/2019
15Cut off date of admission process as per DCI gridline:Up to 18/05/2019

Certificates / Documents to be uploaded and produced at the time physical document verification
i. Online downloaded Application form for State NEET MDS 2019
ii. Copy of downloaded NEET-MDS 2019 Admit Card
iii. Any Photo ID proof (Aadhar Card/Driving Licence, PAN Card, Passport)
iv. NEET-MDS 2019 Mark sheet
v. Nationality Certificate /valid passport or School Leaving Certificate of HSC/ 12th Std. indicating the nationality of the candidate as "Indian"
vi. BDS degree/Passing certificate.
vii. Internship completion certificate from University or the Head of the Institution. Internship completion should not be later than 31/03/2019
viii. Permanent / Provisional Registration certificate of Maharashtra Dental Council or other State Dental Councils in India/DCI.
ix. Certificate from Head of Institute showing that the Dental College/ Institute from which the candidate has passed BDS examination is recognized by Dental Council of India.
x. Medical Fitness Certificate. (As per Annexure – M)
i Copy of Receipt of online fee payment for Rs. 3000/-.
ii If applicable, Caste certificate, Caste validity certificate, Non-Creamy Layer Certificate, For Person with Disability (PWD) Candidates - Medical Disability Certificate as per Annexure-D, all India Quota / AIIMS / Central Government
Institute selection letter/letter from dean /principal stating that candidate was admitted for BDS course under 15% all India quota / AIIMS / Central Government Institute, NOC (for in-service candidates), the orphan certificate from Competent Authority.
