Medical college named after Kalpana Chawla to have 500 beds

Chandigarh: The state-of-the-art medical college in Karnal named after India-American astronaut late Kalpana Chawla, will have a 500-bed hospital attached to it.


Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar and Union Minister J P Nadda will inaugurate the Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College on March 15, this was informed in a meeting of Medical Education and Research Department held under the Chairmanship of the Khattar.
