Important documents for admission in AYUSH courses under Minority quota

The Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER) has released a notice regarding the admission for NEET UG 2017 (Ayurved, Homeopathy & Unani) under the minority quota.

Here is the list of documentation required in Minority quota admission:

1Jain1. School / College Leaving Certificate stating that the candidate's Religion is "Jain".

2. Certificate from Jain temple stating that Candidate's religion is "Jain".3. Affidavit on 100 Rs. stamp paper. Format is already uploaded on DMER website.

2Gujarati1. School / College Leaving Certificate stating that candidate's Mother tongue is "Gujarati".
3Muslim1. School / College Leaving Certificate stating that Religion is "Muslim" 2. S.S.C. Pass with Urdu Subject. (for Unani courses)
4Hindu1. School / College Leaving Certificate stating that candidate's Mother tongue is "Hindi". 2. Affidavit on 100 Rs. stamp paper. Format is already uploaded on DMER website.
