AMU Admissions 2017: Exam notification

Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) has released a notification regarding entrance exam on its official website. Admissions to MBBS and BDS programme in Aligrah Muslim University (AMU) will be done through NEET 2017 scores.


No separate entrance exam will be conducted by the Aligarh Muslim University scores. AMU has 145 MBBS and 35 BDS seats this year. The application forms will be available online. Candidates will have to pay Rs.1000 as an application fee. The fee can be paid online or through bank challan and demand draft in favor of ‘Finance Officer, AMU, payable at Aligarh.


Candidates willing to pursue MBBS and BDS programme from Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) are required to qualify NEET 2017. Candidates willing to apply for AMU MBBS BDS admission 2017.


Important Dates;




  • NEET 2017 Exam Date- May 7, 2017 tentatively

  • AMU MBBS BDS 2017 Application form releasing date- April, 2017.


General category candidates have to obtain a minimum of 50 percentile in NEET 2017. Candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe will have to score at least 40 percentile in NEET 2017.
