22 Medical Students terminated from MGM Medical College

Indore: The Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Medical College (MGMM) administration has terminated 22 students, on the orders of the Supreme Court. The orders have been passed by the apex court as the students have been found guilty of having for admission to the college through unfair means. The termination was announced by the college on Friday. The students were admitted to MGM medical College between 2008 and 2012.


“We have terminated admissions of 22 students on the basis of a list sent by the Supreme Court. We have already received the orders from Director of Medical Education for the same,” Dean, Dr Sharad Thora told the Free Press Journal. He said that they had prepared a list of about 93 students of the college and action against them would be taken as per the directions given by the medical college.


Two of these 22 students have already completed their MBBS studies and are on interns with MY Hospital.
