AIIMS releases notice for PG Open Round For Seat Alllocation and Counselling

All India Institute Of Medical Sciences has issued a notice regarding AIIMS PG Open Round For Seat Allocation and Counselling.

As per the notice, the details regarding notice along with the original websites given:

a) The tentative number of seats will be displayed on AIIMS website on 22.08.2018.

b) The revised and final updated list of the all vacant seats available for Open Round of Seat Allocation/Counseling will be uploaded on the AIIMS website by 5:00 PM on 23.08.2018.

c) The online registration will open from 17th August 2018 at 10:00 AM and close on 20th August 2018 at 5:00 PM.

d) Minimum cut-off marks: Candidates having Percentile 50 or above in the PG Entrance Examination of the Institute held on Sunday, the 6th May 2018 will be eligible to participate in this session irrespective of their rank in the entrance examination and may register for Open Round of Seat Allocation / Counseling.

e) To Register go to www.aiimsexams.org

f) Select your desired course “[MD/MS.(M.Ch.(6yrs.)/DM(6yrs.)]” / “MDS” under “Academic Courses” tab
and then click on the “Registration/Login” to proceed further to register.

g) Enter your candidate’s ID Number and Password to login

h) On “My Page” click on “Register for Open Round of Seat Allocation / Counseling” link.

i) Opt for choice to register for Open Round of Seat Allocation / Counseling.

j) Take printout of Registration Slip.

k) Produce printout of the Registration slip to attend Open Round of Seat Allocation / Counseling along with all original certificates and one set of Photocopy of certificates.

l) Candidates will not be allowed to attend Open Round of Seat Allocation / Counseling without production of registration slip generated at the time of online registration for Open Round of Seat Allocation / Counseling.

m) Those candidates who have joined any AIIMS in the earlier round of Seat Allocation / Counselling and
have register themselves for this Open Round of Seat Allocation / Counseling from 17th August, 2018 at 10:00 AM to 20th August, 2018 at 5:00 PM but do not surrender/resign by 23.08.2018 (1:00 PM) in the respective AIIMS are also eligible for this Open Round of Seat Allocation / Counseling. However, such candidates are required to attend the Open Round of Seat Allocation / Counseling with DD amounting to Rs. 3 Lakh only in favour of Director, AIIMS, New Delhi. During the Open Round of Seat Allocation / Counseling, if he/she wishes to accept any other seat available at that time, he/she will be required to deposit the DD immediately and vacant the allotted seat (DD in lieu of Documents). This will be treated as his/her resignation and the vacate released seat will be available to registered candidates subsequently in the merit list. The original documents will be transferred internally.

n) Please note that the candidates who have not joined any AIIMS but come without original certificate / Demand Draft of Rs. 3 Lakh only will not be allowed to attend the Open Round of Seat Allocation / Counseling. Such candidates who bring a DD of Rs. 3 Lakh only in favour of Director, AIIMS, New Delhi in lieu of certificate will have to submit their original certificate within 5 days of the Open Round of Seat Allocation / Counselling or the date of Spot Counselling in the respective AIIMS, whichever earlier.

o) No Authorized representative will be allowed to attend the open counselling.
