    AIIMS PG 2019: Notice issued for Foreign Sponsored Candidates; Details

    New Delhi: Through a recent notification All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS New Delhi) has informed regarding a technical glitch wherein the data had not captured in respect of Foreign / Sponsored candidates for AIIMS PG (Post Graduate) courses - July 2019 session.


    The notice along with the full details of the original website of AIIMS New Delhi is mention below:


    Due to technical reason, the data in the field of “Applied Under” viz subject choice and institute name have not been saved from 22.03.2019 to 25.03.2019 up to 01:00 pm during process of Final Registration for AIIMS PG Entrance Examination scheduled to be held on Sunday, the 5th May 2019 for July 2019 session under the heading Foreign National / Sponsored candidates.


    Accordingly, the following concerned may please note:


    Foreign National Candidate:


    Foreign National candidates who have completed the process of Final Registration during 22.03.2019 to 25.03.2019 up to 01:00 pm are advised to log in with credentials and complete the filled of “Applied Under” and mention your subject choice for AIIMS New Delhi under Foreign National category candidates from 04.04.2019 to 09.04.2019 up to 05:00 pm.


    An Important information to 93 Foreign National candidates through Email and SMS regarding not saving of Subject/Speciality in their Final Registration of AIIMS PG July 2019 session has been sent. Please check and proceed in the matter.


    Sponsored Candidates:


    Sponsored candidates are advised to submit their Sponsored Ship Certificate in original duly signed and stamped by the Competent Authority in the latest format which is available in the prospectus on or before 20.04.2019 up to 5:00 pm to the Asstt. The controller of Examination, Examination Section, Convergence Block, First Floor, AIIMS, New Delhi-110029.


    Those sponsored candidates who have submitted their Sponsorship certificate on or before due date i.e. 20.04.2019 up to 5:00 pm will be treated as the Sponsored candidate and subject choice mentioned in the Sponsorship Certificate will be treated as final, as has been indicated in the Prospectus.


    If the Sponsorship Certificate does not reach by the stipulated time, the candidature will be treated as General Candidates and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.


    Inconvenience caused is regretted.
