There were 25 performances, where more than 150 contestants participated.
Speaking on the occasion, AIIMS Director Randeep Guleria emphasised the importance of cultural programmes in reducing stress and creating a better bonhomie among the various cadre of staff.
" Such programmes can be a stress buster for the doctors, as life is not only about being in the hospital. They should enjoy themselves and can show their hidden talents, so these activities are arranged for them to de-stress themselves and show their team spirit," Prof Guleria said.
When asked if AIIMS Doctors can be a part of India's Got Talent in future, Guleria, talking to UNI, said, 'yes, definitely, we are trying to bring out the artist in our Doctors and Faculty member through such competitions.'
He added that this would ultimately help the institute achieve individual and institutional excellence on all professional fronts.
