Admission procedure, seat distribution for MD,MS in Haryana Medical Colleges: Check out details
The Haryana Government has issued a notification regarding the admission procedure in supersession of all the earlier notifications issued in this regard, to be adopted for admission to Post Graduate Courses i.e. MD/MS/PG Diploma and MDS for the Academic session 2018-19 in the Government/government Aided/Private Medical and Dental Educational institutions including those under Private University (SGT University, Budhera, Gurugram) in the State of Haryana.
It is further notified that in Government Institutions covered under this Notification, 50olo o I the seats will be assigned to the All India Merit Category of NEF)T PG- 2018 and NEET MDS- 2018 and the remaining 50% of the seats will be assigned under the Haryana State Merit Category of NEET PG 2018 and NEET MDS- 2018.
25 percent seats shall be reserved (institutional preference) for the candidates who have passedMBBS/BDS courses from the Institutions located in the State of Haryana.
30% seats shall be reserved for the candidates with locomotor disability of lower limbs (PH category).
As per clause 9 (VII), 50% of seats in PG Diploma courses shall be reserved for in-service Doctors serving under the State Government/Government PSUs/autonomous bodies of the State Government who have served for at least 03 years in remote and or difficult areas notified by the State Government. Candidates for admission to PG Diploma courses under this category will be sponsored by their Employer.
It is further notified that in Private Institutions covered under this Notification, 50% of the seats will be filled under Open Merit Category and remaining 50o% of seats will be filled under the Management category.
Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak is authorized to conduct combined centralised counselling as per Merit of NEET PG- 2018 and NEET MDS- 2018 for admission to all the Government/Government Aided/Private Medical and Dental Educational Institutes including those under SGT University, Budhera, Gurugram (Private University) located in the State of Haryana.
The MD/MS/PG Diploma/MDS courses are available in the following GovernmenVcovernment Aided Medical/Private Medical/Dental Colleges located in the State of Haryana:-
Government Medical Colleges:
(i) Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma PGIMS, Rohtak.
(ii) Bhagat Phool Singh GMC (W), Khanpur Kalan, Sonepat.
(iii) Shaheed Hassan Khan Mervati GMC, Nalhar, Nuh
Government Aided Medical Colleges:
(i) Maharaja Agrasen Medical College, Agroha, Hisar
Private Medical Colleges:
(i) SGT Medical College, Hospital & Research Institute, Budhera, Gurugram (under Private University namely SGT University, Budhera, Gurugram).
Government Dental College:
(i) Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma PGIDS, Rohtak.
Private Dental Colleges:
(i) BRS Dental College and Hospital Sultanpur, Panch.kula.
(ii) Swami Devi Dayal Ftospital and Dental College, Golpura, Barwala.
(iii) J.N. Kapoor DAV Centenarry Dental College, Yamuna Nagar'
(iv) JCD Dental College, Sirsa.
(v) Sudha Rastogi Dental College and Hospital, Faridabad.
(vi) Manav Rachna Dental College, Faridabad.
(vii) PDM Dental College and Research Institute, Aurangabad, Jhajjar
(viii) SGT Dental College, Hospital and Research Institute, Budhera, Gurugram (under Private University namely SIGT Urriversity, Budhera, Gurugram).
